Jay Miller - Wine Advocate
The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is light straw-colored with
an herbal, citrus aromatic profile. Supple-textured, ripe, and nicely
balanced, this Loire Valley-styled Sauvignon should be drunk over
the next 1-2 years. Andrew Pirie was Australia’s first Ph.D.
in Viticulture and a pioneer in Tasmania vineyards and winemaking.
In '03 he founded his namesake winery.
