The 2005 Shiraz (67%) – Cabernet Sauvignon (33%) “The Bull and the Bear” is muted aromatically but with coaxing spicy black currant notes emerge. This leads to a well-balanced wine with layered flavors and a medium long finish. Perhaps with a few years of cellaring, more aromatic complexity will emerge. Two Hands is a negociant operation run impeccably by Michael Twelftree. It reflects the best that can be sourced from all over South Australia.
