Antonio Galloni - Wine Advocate
The 2003 Brunello di Montalcino already shows some early signs of
development in its aromas and flavors, which makes it an excellent
choice for near-term drinking. Made in the house’s plump style,
it reveals plenty of sweet, juicy fruit, spices and toasted oak.
The tannins are a little unpolished, but the wine’s lush mouthfeel
partly compensates. Anticipated maturity: '08 - '15. |
